- We do not accept returns unless there is a fault with the product.
- Graded Pokémon cards, opened booster packs, or customized items cannot be returned.
- If you believe your product is defective, contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the issue.

- Refunds are only issued for defective items or mistakes on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after verifying the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at cardstopau@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and its packaging for prompt resolution.

- Orders can be canceled only if the request is made before the item has shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and our return process applies.
